Apr 30th, 2022Earthy mushroom, wet rock, barnyard, sour cherry, and strawberry on the nose. Long and grippy tannins and a study acidic backbone. Long drying finish that demands food (flank steak tonight) and evolved over the evening. This is nowhere near the end of its life.

May 23rd, 2020Pinot Noir has never been my go-to varietal, but this is what I hope to find whenever I do go there. Turned earth, mushroom, and slight barnyard blend seamlessly with bright cherry, cranberry, and blueberry. M acid and M+ tannins, this was subtle while remaining complex and beautifully balanced.
