Clear pale lemon colour in the glass.
Lemon and green apple on the nose.
On the palate very high acidity, bone-dry and not very fruity. Lots of minerality as usual for a Chablis.
Not very complex, medium body and finish.

Very neutral, some acid, some minerality, some fruit, but not as much you'd expect given Chablis. Not the best wine ever, but serviceable in Myjoeyri Iceland!
