Happy Father's Day!
Peach and apple on the nose, and fairly sweet on the palate. Like thousands of sweet/tart fruit bubbles all the way down. Unique. Very much enjoyable on the patio in TX during a summer day!

Light straw yellow color with tiny bubbles. The bouquet is floral with sweet stone fruits. The palate shows flavors of peach and apricot with a touch of honey. The ending is smooth with some gentle sweetness but not overdone.

Extra dry Chardonnay with 30% Muscat. Off-dry but not cloying. It reads somewhere between an Asti and a demi sec sparkling wine. I could see it being nice with a not too sweet custard or syllabub.

This was far too sweet for my taste, and quite cloying after a couple of sips...ended up using it for champagne cocktails, in the end.
