Beautiful burgundy had it with shepherds pie!!! The minced lamb in the pie really brought out the earthy notes of an old world. On the nose I got the earthy notes followed by fruit. Subtle colored, not heavy and almost gets a sense of “sparkling” on the tongue at first taste. Opened through the night but it’s young wine not heavy so just an hour or so before open it up and enjoy
