This was their new escapade bottling. Tasty stuff, the entire range at this domain is good. Intensely deep and floral, citrus, dried fruit, with a slick texture and really nice mouth presence. Exotic, with a touch of warmth on the finish. Can't drink this everyday, and it's not for the classical white wine palate, but overall a terrific wine, and a style that's pretty fun and unique.

Yellow plum, candied pineapple and guava as well as honeysuckle. Mango on the palate. So good with blue cheese I could cry 😭

Not as complex or sweet as Bordeaux sweet wines. But that makes it easier to drink.

Very nice wine for the money. You taste the sweetness without getting any of the cloying or syrupy mouthfeel. We had a spicy chocolate torte, and this cut the heat and stood up to the sweetness. It was delightful and refreshing.

The nose was a bit oxydized at first and I was afraid the wine was lost but it took off after a while. The nose is very strong on honey, apricot and brioche. The palate was very acid driven with a nice fatty, thick touch on the side and a real grip on the rear before and everlasting finish with honey. The wine screams botrytis but with a more agressive, more intense and maybe a tad less noble form than its sauternes and likes counterparts. I like its wild style.

Has a tangy quality that makes it more quaffable than most tokays and Sauternes. Enough honey to smooth the tang bit not syrupy. Mandarin orange, thinned honey, with a touch of balsamic vinegar. Unfortunately, does not hold its own against sweet desserts. :(
