Had this with an apple chicken dish and it was great. Dry, acidic, citrus. Really enjoyed it

Bright, rich gold, almost pungent nose of fresh pineapples and apricots. There is acidity on the nose, intense flavour on the palate. Vanilla, caramel but still slightly tropical.

Dried mango, roasted pineapple and a bit of tangerine with an herbaceous light Thai basil on the nose. Acid driven on the pallet with a creamy texture breaking through. Asian pear, a bit of salted caramel, with a full mouthfeel of Meyer lemon sorbet.

Another beautiful example of all a Juracon Sec can do! Petit and Gros Manseng, deliciously balanced out for a green fruited, tart, but also Stoney wine. Light tannic feel, a fair amount of alcohol and super acidity. Tastes like a green fruit cocktail, left in the can to ferment.
