Blend of 58% Pinot Noir, 42% Chard, aromas of floral strawberry scents with yeasty notes on fine mousse and bubble flow. On the palate flavors of raspberry and strawberry with vanilla yeasty tones. Well balanced, long ending in true brut style, dry with yeasty mineral character. A joy to drink. Tasting Sample!
