From the new release of Blanc de Noir, first time they’ve made one in a few years. Very pale in the glass, akin in color to ginger ale. I would never guess BDN blind and that carries over to the profile as well. Just the slightest whisper of pinot in the build of this wine as it is currently very tight and linear. It rounded out a bit more with a couple days of air, but I think some cellar time will ultimately add a little more complexity to this.
