Bright aromatics of raspberries and cherries and a Summer wine for sure. Light to medium bodied with some ripe and pretty fruit on the mid- palate. Great balance with mineral and herb character and just lovely with roasted salmon and saffron long grain rice.

Beautiful Pinot noir from burgundy. Delish. Although drinking in the winter bright cherries and raspberries. Enjoyed it with some rare filet mignon and risotto

We had it with a braised duck and it was marvelous! The fruit is fresh and there's those spicy taste that match perfectly the anises I've putted in the sauce. It was a great wine for the price.
