Pale yellow. Aromas of apple, banana, and butterscotch. Medium bodied, very very smooth in mouthfeel, and has a perfectly balanced acidity. Flavors of apple, nectarine, vanilla and ginger. A bit harsh on the finish with bruised apple and burnt sugar, but it’s not unpleasant.
