Domaine Boyar

Merlot

We had this delicious Merlot in Gent, Belgium at Valentino’s. Great nose, full body. Delicious with our sea bass and vegetable ravioli. First time ever having a Bulgarian wine. This winery has been in business 30 years. — 9 hours ago

Reserve Thracian Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Great Bulgarian wine, very cheap (3-4 €), great value for money. Smells great, fruity, and it tastes the same. Fresh, young, mild, but then again with enough acidity, dry, relatively short aftertaste. My recommendations if you want a decent wine and you're broke! 😎 — 8 years ago

Quantum Traminer 2015

Golden yellow. There’s a lot of cooked apple on the nose, along with lychee nut, rose pedals, citrus peel, and a hint of Trident gum. Medium bodied with medium acidity and a slightly oily mouthfeel. Flavors of cooked apple, lychee nut, and canned pineapple. Finishes with a touch of heat and long lasting flavors of cooked apples and peppermint. Lively summer thirst quencher! — 8 years ago

Quantum Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Aromas lead off with fresh cedar, followed by black olive, and then cherries, milk chocolate, almonds, and mint. Medium bodied with a little chalky mouthfeel and soft tannin. Flavors of black cherries, blackberries, and black tea. It finishes with some heat and flavors of black cherries and cranberries. — 8 years ago
