A very good show of skill when you think about the difficulty of managing extraction from a challenging variety. Cab Franc is a divisive grape but it’s so good when handled well. This has the Cab Franc personality without any of the baggage - no green astringency but instead it’s luscious with berries and minerals and perfumed vegetal notes.
