Sappy, lemon curd and white flowers with just a touch of vanilla and crushed stones.

So clean precise and focused fruit. Still very reductive for its age. A little simple on the finish. Great wine will make old bones.

Very strong vanilla finish. Very balanced and smooth.

Singin third day

Superb. Drinking a 2001 that was buried in the cave for a while.

Shy nose at first but then really unfurled to strut it's Premier Cru pedigree, both on the nose and palate. Obviously still very young but drinking pretty good after about an hour of air.
