good tannins present specific to the tannat grape variety (75%) associated with Cabernet-franç and Cabernet-sauvignon .. 5 years and certainly a single richness that will gain even after a few years in the cellar .. Ideal wine for sweet and chocolate-type desserts .. Very good value for money.
