Bright, saline, and flavourful. Perhaps a touch “sweet” courtesy of the vintage. A pretty powerful Bourgogne, yet still manages to maintain good energy. Yum.

Has a beautiful light pear fragrance on the nose with a little vanilla and almond. The feel in the mouth is a creamy nutty goodness with a generous helping of honey;it's quite full and very interesting. And then comes the mineralality which is quite enjoyable. It is well balanced and tasty, but, does have a slight musky background taste that can be slightly distracting. Overall a nice pre dinner drink.

Rich mouthy pear notes over a med plus acidity. I dig this #moreau #bourgogneblanc
