And, experience my favorite wine value in quite some time. At $50/resto and $28/retail, this exceptionally generous flavor provider cannot be ignored. If you note the dearth of excruciatingly correct wine descripto lingo, then you understand my rate stylings. Then again, when I rate something highly, the wine is worth your time.

Nose is beautiful. Green apple and citrus. Minerality on the palate held together with mouth watering acidity. This is made by Bernard Defaix - high quality fruit from a cool premier cru vineyard. Good stuff. 2018 vintage on Oct 25, 2019

Wanted a dry smooth white with seafood and duck appetizer on Sept 2019. It was perfect! Describe as smooth, slight oak with peach and touch of butter! California Chardonnay boring and this Chablis perfect.
