2018 vintage. Bernard Defaix is a great Chablis producer, but he makes an excellent Aligoté too. Refined nose with white peach, minerality and impeccable purity. Nicely concentrated peach fruit to balance the typically high Aligoté acidity. Crisp and clean, good length. Very good indeed.
