Bougros Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

Lemon curd and notes of oak with medium plus acidity and a lean body. Delicious

Starting to deepen to a pale gold color. Shows good depth. Bouquet of briny seashells. Almost like seaweed. Medium plus body, long length.

First (for me) w this producer. Clean & modern. Good intensity w/o being heavy. Awesome stuff

Super mineral nose like only Chablis can do. Huge and explosive palate but a bit backwards and even alcoholic. Will revisit.

Fresh! Intense, powerful, and dense compilation of flavors explode on the long lasting finish. Green grapes, lemon, and grapefruit take the lead on what becomes an unfolding drama of complex but balanced taste. A delightful and unique experience.
