Beautiful. Just graphite at first on the nose, then blossomed after a few hours into a bouquet of violets, roses, lavender. Ripe acids and silky tannins. Really beautifully composed after 10 years.

This bottle really hit the spot - I love the crunchy bitterness here. Fruit is just right and the aftertaste is very pleasant. Great!

Cool soil and tobacco. Fruit tamped down a bit. Tannins very gentle at this age. A beauty.

Nose of dried violet, fire roasted green bell pepper, earth, cherry, iron.

Raspberry, cherry, cranberry, and earth. Still great acidity with dusty, slightly astringent tannin. Love that lingering cranberry bitterness on the finish.

Wonderful stuff with all the classic Loire cab franc notes you know and love. Still a lot of structure there 10 years out. Could go longer to soften out and evolve.

Initially dank / musty, but after an hour + in the decanter, it really shined. Killer earthy, herbal notes, red & black cherry & blackberry.

My snowy day wine. It's lean and herbal with a backbone of dark fruit and acidity.
