From an especially damp, label-unfriendly part of my cellar.
This shows the texture and flavor of rich, citrusy pineapple custard. Jasmine notes on the nose. A saline, fruit-candy bite. Luxurious, but with a concentrated brightness and great mineral density. I think this will get even better.

The rare chenin from chinon! Delicious! Perfumed, bright mineral, tart green apple, sweet stone fruit. Clean and bright, yet powerful and persistent.
