Crisp green apple, asian pear, lemon, aloe, apple blossom, kiss of honey and struck flint. Lacy, high acid, invigorating on the palate. Perfect match to chicken and dumpling soup with winter veggies

Aligote

I haven't had many Aligotés but this one is pretty good. Ripe limes and searing acid. A bit sulphury.

What it lacks in complexity it makes up for with utter deliciousness!

Paired with a brown butter and sage pasta
