I am really digging this. Soft earthy musty nose. Bruised gala apples and Bosch pear. Dry finish with a touch of RS that's supported by bright acidity and it's incredibly fresh.

A subtle pear and unripe apple nose leads to a surprisingly doughy, yeasty sparkling with very fine petillant. Light-bodied and eminently drinkable, this could get a person in trouble. A touch of honey on the fruit. The finish is medium-plus, developing a slight rocky note as it fades.
