I love bing treated to Cinnamon's Dijon Rabbit! The closest we could get to Dijon was this light & lovely Marsannay. Light in body but dark in fruit quality, this bottle had more than an enough umph for the flavorful food. It also had excellent acid for the richness of the sauce!

Excellent pinot. Spice and leather, clove, black fruits. Great value.

Beef broth on opening. Crunchy black raspberries, violets, something deliciously green, and earth in spades. Light on it's feet, with easy tannins, abundant acid, and middling weight. Great value!!

Fourteen is my kind of vintage! This is a clear, pure red burg with incredible length and finesse. It is tight now, and only the last half glass showed the savor and depth that it will have in spades in the next few years.

Killer value. Dark-ish fruit on an honest medium weight frame, forest and mushroom and earth. Has developed quite nicely and is in a great spot right now.

Marsannay with terroir and length for under $25. Why can't all red Burgundy I drink have this quality-to-price ratio?

A nice value. Plenty of fruit, but also showcasing the earthy and savory side of pinot from Burgundy. This won't blow you away with complexity, but it sure will go nicely with your dinner.
