Such an elegant, drinkable vin Jaune. Outstanding

Very apple lead nose with white flowers, delicate palate, elegant with a nutty finish and great acidity. Aged underground to this end.

Dry intense but lovely wine

Nice Vin Jaune that was great with Gouda. Good oxidized wine smelling of yeast and tasting like cheese. But not overly oxidized.

Yellow wine is certainly not for everyone. Cuz it is, funky. but for those who love it you are in for a treat - #golden hue , has a unique #greenapple note , noticeable hint of limestone and scent of lemon, #honeydew #apricots #raisin and fresh #grass- think about the beautiful smell you sense walking through a tree line street after rain in a summer morning. It is steadin es and maturity makes it perfect to go with savory heavier seafood or even pork sausage. Cheers!

Decanted and served with Comte. Incredibly complex wine that is simultaneously really enjoyable.

If a lemon and sherry had a baby. Funky nose, deep and long on the palate, with a bite of acid. Fantastically unique, but only in small doses.
