That gorgeous Bachelet gevrey nose- plush red and blue fruit with underbrush. Quite tight and a bit shrill at first but it relaxed with some air and had a light and precise palate. Focussed… very 01 in character. Great stuff

Young and not as open as the one i had before.. primary fruit that has complexity... dark berries , earth, game.

Heady nose of smoke (yes, road tar), roses... A tart cherry dum-dum, covered in earthy black truffles, with soy drizzled on top, then add some plums for good measure. So much going on with this wine. After a while in the glass, the leather, sea air and chewing tobacco surfaces and the cherry becomes more foraged forestry berry fruits. Exhilarating. One hour decant.
