Smooth. It's obvious the Clapes make this for the dinner table. Smooth subtle expression that goes nice with just about any light colored thing to eat.

I really want to love this wine. I'm so torn, it gives amazing dehydrated pineapple and the finish is that great hazelnut sherry. But it's missing something. It is screaming for bright acidity and it comes out (the best way Kyo described it) flat. Just boring and plain and hard to get through, but is it? I want to like you so bad!
