Wrapping up a pretty great week of red burg drinking with this one. Not huge weight but great finesse and just taking on some bottle age complexity. Sappy fruit, hints of tobacco. 4 hour decant.

Better than anticipated! Raspberry, cherry, toast, mineral. Elegant but gevrey in character. Will be interesting to see how this plot improves under the care of Rousseau. The property seems to be just a little ways down slope from cazetiers
