wonderful nose, amazing grapiness and florals, peppery, juicy berry fruit, 2 years in small barrel. so complex and wonderful. dark and purple flowers, meaty, bacon and so juicy, juicy and energetic and so so sappy, elegant and rich with wonderful cote rotie fruit and awesome purity. Excellent cleanliness. The floral precision on the nose and depth of flowers is incredible. amazing balance and purity and so energetic but with excellent detailed fruit and snappiness. perfect balance just stunningly ripe tannins. great great next level freshness, wow is this invigorating and awesome tannins. drinks like a cote rotie but is accessible as an IGP.

Thought this was corked, it was all musty & cardboard. I pulled another bottle and it was the same. I poured one into a decanter and re-corked the other. A couple hours later it transformed. Rustic old world depiction of Syrah, all meat & mineral, dark fruit, white pepper, nice nose and some finesse on palate. This needs more time and tons of aeration.
