Words can’t describe my love affair with this wine. My 6y describes it as “lemony. The sun, a treasure, smells like gold”. It’s hard for me to argue with him. Silky ripe lemon with a heavy mineral chalk component on the front palate. I wish it lasted a little longer in the finish but still soft and expressive. Out of magnum second day.

Yellow fruit, mineral. Fat and creamy. Ok length. Yet v good concentration and structure.

One of the better white wines I have had in a while. It's the total package!

Not premoxed, but quite Amber in color. Tasty initially. An hour in this was sliding down the slope to becoming sherry. Very disappointing.

Not a hint of oxidation. Meyer lemon, white fruit especially pear. Stones and minerals. Noticeable oak. Creamy, full but not overblown. Long finish. Why I like white burg. 4*
