Lovely ripe fruit and a cut of acidity. This is better. Still that rounded fruit but this has definition, drive and personality. Excellent.

Has a good amount of peach and pear fruit some evolution here vanilla creamy texture and a nice freshness some tongue tingly minerality fat and rich with lovely balance. Finish 45+.

2024/9/2-3. There’s some young austerity, but with air the aromas really open, with salted lemon, stone, smoky minerals, flowers and judicious oak. In the palate it’s still quite tight, with ample acid and and austere structure - enjoyable but a bit gangly compared to what it will be at peak. Still, I understand Amiot has lengthened maturation times to near two years, and to me, those echoes of old school producers are very welcome

Another excellent 1er CM. It was a treat to taste these at the domain with Fabrice Amiot.
