Restrained black fruit - boysenberry, blackberry, and the funk of black currant, quite a lot of acid. Super nice.

Alcohol in the nose, bright red colour. Undefinitely Burgundy style. Savourous in the mouth, a bit sweet. I'm afraid that levering to 13,5% on that hot island some water needed to be added, which luckaly didn't compomromise the balance in sours and tanins.
