Floral, funky, meaty, nice minerality, tart red fruits, and great acidity.

Opened broad and fat but seemed to gain some acidity in the glass. Round red and dark fruit without much structure of complexity. Had much better Bourgogne in my time. Short.

Vive la France! Red wine with fish? Hell yes... This nailed it with organic Tasmanian salmon. Darker looking than it taste... Which was an as it should be medium light Bourgogne.
