Good wine, but I'm just not vibing with it. May just need some time to shed all that rich fruit. Decent minerality, but could do with a little more cut.

Subtle apple, unripe peach but quite closed. Very high in acidity but with some roundness & minerality on the finish that sets it apart from the pack. Good for Aligoté.

Blind. Would hv expected more acidity and minerality. Very floral and delicately lush at this most perfect temp. Yellowish fruits. Quite enjoyable!! Thanks mike!
