Pale Lemon in colour. Traces of oak amidst the citrus on the nose. The creaminess of the oak coming through on the palate. Good flavour intensity with a nice hit of citric acid to finish off. Made from Burgundy’s other white grape Aligote. An elegant and refined white wine with excellent QPR @$40AUD Made by A and P de Villaine (of DRC Fame).

Fragrant herbal nose, but needs air, quickly attacks the whole mouth with high racing acidity, little sourness, little bitterness and finishes on a mineral saline ocean water note!
