The 2010 was enjoyed with some Spanish jamon at the High Museum auction. Very Yummy. Lots of bright strawberry with a nice earthy component.

Oh pinaise ça c'est le grand Bourgogne qui a très bien vieilli: fruits rouges, épices, en bouche c'est du velours, il garde un petit côté rustique qui lui donne du caractère.
J'ai adoré!!!
