My wine of the morning! Effortlessly integrated, spectacularly complex and yet still lively, fresh and easy. It takes the strong yeast taste of DP a long time to integrate, but when it does in a magnum like this- Wow! At The Relais & Chateau vertical of Dom Perignon with chef de cave Richard Geoffroy. Now called "P3" instead of Oenotheque.
