Dom Pérignon
Brut Champagne Blend
Nice young straw gold color, with good energy in the glass. Great nose. Notes of citrus, macadamia nuts, kiwi fruit and some sandstone. The energy continues in the mouth, with a creamy mousse finish. Great stuff.

Dec 24th, 2020Medium dullish gold. Youthful bubbles. Complex nose. Notes of apricot, citrus, bread basket, wet stones. Could guess this as an aged white burg in the nose. Light tan spice adds to the acidity and vibrancy of the finish. Great wine.

Jan 10th, 2019I've been drinking the 1995 for the past 20 years...this amazes me how full and fresh it still is. Celebrating a lot of little things...this was perfect for that.

Jul 31st, 2016Nice light yellow color with fine small bubbles. Great citrus and stone nose that reminds you of a Les Clos Chablis. Really nice.

Jul 30th, 2016Vintage 1995, 12.5%. Bottle tasted in August 2014..... after nearly 20 years. Unfortunately the bottle was not in top conditions, the champagne was not really bad, but there had been some oxidation and it turned quite sweet, with caramel flavors. Dark golden color, still excellent perlage.
