A stout brewed with honey that speaks to my soul! Everything I’d ever want in a beer. I mean #bitchesberunning so of course I’d like a Bitches Brew. Fuck with it!

Original bottling, and worth the time on the cellar. More understated and seamless than it was in its youth, now quietly complex and richly complicated.

Bitter chocolate, definite hickory influence, but if smoke on the finish. Then the bitter after taste of hops lingers...

Definitely more bitter than I'd normally drink, but not too bad.

Went well with hot the Red Devil siracha chicken sandwich. Not my normal tipple but the honey definitely softens it. Quite enjoyable winter drink.

Super complex and layered. Espresso roast, unsweetened chocolate, toffee, burnt caramel. The deep, dark flavors are balanced by a subtle sweetness; buckwheat honey. Finishes with a campfire smokiness. Really good..... But not as good as the album itself.
