Transportive. Spanish fishing village and musty cellar and more than an echo of Chablis. Bright lemon, hint of preserved lemon and herbal nuance. Some stone fruit peeking out too. So much texture and the acid is just in check now.

Apricot, lemon, crisp apple, pear and mineral. Electric acidity, complex layers and a very long finish. Delicious!

Stellar Albariño, plenty of minerality and tingle, but good flavor with mellow acidity and citrus as the main favors. Great wine with lobster/shrimp/crab. Got from Lazy Bear
