I'm not sure how @Hardy Wallace gets so much flavor and complexity packed into something that is as light and graceful as this. Cranberry, rhubarb, rocks, earth and mushroom. Orange zest. Smoked meat. I need too figure out how to not drink these for a while, to see what they become.

All earth and rocks and rhubarb(?!), in a very light bodied way. Overmatched by a rib eye, a roast chicken would be about perfect. This ought to really be something with a couple more years behind it.

I've never managed to sit on these very long, the only reason this time was due to a cellaring error. The extra couple of years did nothing to the exuberance and freshness but added a touch of depth. Wish I had more.
