Young and despite a decant a bit muted at the start. Then, nice mix of herbaceousness (probably not a word, let alone a quality) and citrus. Very good acidity.

Consumed over multiple days. Mostly muted, eventually opened up to show floral notes then shut down again.

A field of hay and thyme misted with orange. I get a hint of petrol in the wee distance. Flavors of guava and orange marmalade with white pepper.

Yellow apple, ginger and sawdust. Lean and bright. My 4 year old said it smelled like pineapple cheese.
