After 24 hours in a decanter in the fridge, this was awesome. Highly recommend letting it breath.

Lemon and grapefruit, a bit grassy and peppery. Refreshing but not very complex so far. Maybe more will emerge day 2.

Very enjoyable. Maybe a bit more rounded than the previous vintage

Young and despite a decant a bit muted at the start. Then, nice mix of herbaceousness (probably not a word, let alone a quality) and citrus. Very good acidity.

Bone dry, acid/fruit balanced, and plenty of weight and viscosity on the palate. The Chenin worked well with Baratta, ciabatta, crushed green olives and pistachios. Drizzled good olive oil mirrors the oily wine.

Fresh off the FedEx...laser focused, pure pleasure... imagine forgetting to sugar your fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice...then adding 50% of your usual. Pucker up and embrace the vibrant acidity, the lip-smacking medium weight, the 12% ABV, and the long 30 second finish. Not a great wine, but so much pure fun... and it “tastes so frigging good.” Bravo Hardy et al!
