Biodynamic Pinot Blanc with a splash of Auxerrois.
Fresh nose, herby, salty, mineral with the typical Alsace note of summer meadow & ripe orchard fruit.
Nice mouthfeel, a bit rounder & creamier yet beautifully balanced with zesty acidity, ripe pears, Mirabelle plums and orange zest. Finished off with a mineral, salty, stony note.
Very nice for summer terrace sipping but also a great food wine!

Smells of minerals but I sense what could be some rs. $11 I

For less than 20 bucks this is steal. Nice grapefruit and honeysuckle off the top... wet stays in your mouth, then finishes off dry.

Wow for only $18. Biodynamic with bright acidity. Serve no warmer than 50 degrees.
