Apricot, maybe peach and a bit of honey. Skin contact makes the color more amber and adds tannins, which is unique for a white. Maybe a little licorice in there too, which is a nice bit of complexity I enjoyed.

Rosy copper - Asian pear, naval orange, and earl grey tea. Finishes with light tannin. Delicious and well balanced.
