A really great value blanc-de-blancs! Nice structure and backbone, elegant fruit, acids and balance.

Great Champagne with breakfast 9:30 on a Sunday morning at Eagles vs Bills Tailgate Breakfast. Along with a mag of Spottswood these 2 were the big winners along with creme brûlée toast. Fresh bouquet of flowers remind me upon opening. Has crisp fruit and a zippy ness about it. Wonderful mouth feel . CB says a solid 93

Kinda disappointed. I usually love these guys but the bead on this wine was really coarse. Cremant de Alsace coarse.
