2012 vintage. Crisp pale lemon gleaming hue. On the nose, medium concentration of lemon and lime citrus, grapefruit slices, crushed rock minerality and some white flower floral aromas. Still very youthful. On the palate, crisp high acidity, medium minus body and medium alcohol. Silky slightly oily texture. Medium plus concentration of flavours similar to the nose, plus honey notes. Good length. Although not the most complex of Silex's - perhaps due to its youth - this is impressive. Drink now until 2022+
