What a joy to taste this unique wine. A gift from the family, my first time tasting Ruby Cabernet, showing some bottle bouquet but opened up to show some nice aged characteristics, very soft and supple, enjoyable experience for sure.

Mar 17th, 2023The 1995 Dickerson Ruby Cabernet is ready to drink. Shit, it's 25 years old. Cherry-like fruit in the nose. Nice acidity with delicate fruit in the mouth. Nice texture but starting to dry out. Nice now but drink up.

Mar 15th, 20201987 Dickerson Vineyard Ruby Cabernet (produced by Ravenswood) was surprising fresh, fuity, with plenty of life left. Nice rich red color, great acidity and fruit flavors on the palate. Long fruit finish. Perfect now but still has life ahead of it.
