Medium gold color. Aromas of lemon, white flowers, shortbread and wet sand. Flavors of white peaches, pears, nectarines, apricots and minerals. Noticeable hint of saline on the medium-plus finish. Medium body and bright/well balanced acidity. Laser focused, crisp, well rounded. Nice purity. Very “Chablis-like.” Outstanding value.
