Tannins mellow, but widened and amplified over the hour. More tobacco, leather, white cedar as we drained it; not a whisper of solids, bottle upturned and super enjoyed. #blamedavid

Take your time with this guy, he needs a few minutes at this age, but then dive in. Chalky chocolate, black currants all up in the jowls. Smoke, cedar leather and tobacco take the forefront to the green apple skin acidity. Some dark cooked fruit mixed in on the finish. Delicious, drink now!. #sorryKYO I had to drink it. #BlameBree
