The always tricky guessing game of making a cheap pull from Total Wine. This is a big W. Spicy and buoyant. Hardly a step down from the Vietti Barbera. Nice stuff.

If you are in a rut....drinking New World reds, then jump start your palate, relax and enjoy this excellent Sangiovese. The bright red color disappears into a blood red hue loaded with aromas of red raspberry, pomegranate and plum. Hiding in the aroma is a hint of baseball glove leather. The smooth tannins invite you to enjoy more. Excellent pairing with fresh home made pizza and family.

A solid red wine. Had after a rough day with chicken parmesan. Smells like English breakfast tea. Very fruity (strawberry, raspberry) and well-balanced acidity and tannins. Would definitely have again with or without food.
